No. Working with Bexar is free for candidates. We operate on a contingency model, which means the company that hires you pays our fee, never you. There are no application charges, no placement fees, and no fine print. Your job is to show up as your best self. The cost side is ours and the hiring company's to handle.

What does your recruiting process look like?

We make hiring easier than it should be. It starts with a deep-dive discovery call so we truly understand your team and what success looks like. From there, we source and screen candidates, narrow the field to the best fits, and handle every touchpoint, including interviews, feedback, and offer logistics, until the right person is in place.

What kinds of roles do you place?
